Treat tachyarrhythmias with propranolol or esmolol. Treat arterial vasospasm /with/ nitroglycerin sublingually ... /or/ iv. Intracoronary artery nitroglycerin may be required if there is no response to intravenous infusion. Also consider using a calcium antagonist. /Amphetamines/
