A summary of reagents, instruments, consumables for coronavirus detection

Each step of the experiment may lead to false negative test results, for example, it may be caused by the following reasons:

1. In the early stage of the disease, the viral load (quantity) is too small. Or the amount of virus in the collected specimen is too small;

2. RNA viruses are easily degraded when exposed to the air. Due to improper operation when collecting specimens, or the experimental consumables have not been treated with RNase-free, the specimens are degraded before detection;

3. The PCR amplification efficiency is too low and the CT value of the RT-PCR result is too high due to insufficient technical level of the experimenter or improper selection of reagents.

The automatic extraction program

1. S32 Magnetic Bead Method Virus DNARNA Extraction Kit (DP604)

With the S32 automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument, it can isolate and purify high-quality virus DNA / RNA from serum, plasma, lymph fluid, acellular body fluid, cell culture supernatant, urine or various virus preservation solutions.

2. S96 Magnetic Bead Method Virus DNA_RNA Extraction Kit (DP804)

It is equipped with S96 automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument to isolate and purify high-quality viral DNA / RNA from serum, plasma, lymph fluid, acellular body fluid, cell culture supernatant, urine or various virus preservation solutions.

3. Viral genomic DNA extraction kit (OSR-M202, M202-T1)

The M16 / M48 automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument is designed to isolate and purify high-quality viral DNA / RNA from serum, plasma, lymphatic fluid, acellular body fluid, cell culture supernatant, urine or various virus preservation solutions.
